Welcome
My name is Kathryn McClusky. What I teach is the art of self-reflection. By doing this, one can become a better version of themselves if they so choose by bringing forth their God-given talents. I'm helping to facilitate this process using art therapy, cognitive techniques and a person’s avenues of interests. This content is delivered via a self-paced online course I'm developing, in person and soon to be online workshops, and personalized support sessions as many need an objective perspective to see things about themselves that they aren't noticing. I have my RN license so I'm covered to facilitate this type of content being that it's related to mental health.
