    MIDDLE ADULTHOOD (45-64): Combine interests, knowledge and talents to create a unique life path

    RETIREMENT (65+): Reflect on who you’ve become and make decisions to keep you doing what you enjoy.

Stepping stones can be used in whatever order you’d like at whatever point in your life you need them.

Please note:

A downloadable booklet, journal and storyboard are provided with each stepping stone.

To get the most out of the course, it’s best to print these so you can write and draw directly in them.
