Mind chatter is thoughts and worries that circulate in the mind.

Heart speak is when you quiet the mind and allow the desires of the heart to come forth.

↠ Our mind is chattering more often then we probably want, but with breathing techniques we can calm this chatter and listen more closely to what the heart is trying to tell us.

STEP 3 of 3: APPLY TO LIFE DECISIONS

 

Pick one life decision you are needing to make.

Think about this decision and see if you’re leaning towards what your mind is telling you to do or if you’re taking the time to also listen to the heart. Then weigh both options and see which one you naturally gravitate towards. This choice might not have all the answers, but if it brings you happiness when thinking about going in this direction, then it might be the right one and things will figure themselves out.

Use this storyboard to help you play out your life decision. Feel free to do this a few times with different scenarios. Then determine which one you intuitively feel is a good direction for you to go in at this point in your life.
