STEP 1 of 3: LEARN THE ELEMENTS

 

Restlessness is the inability to rest or relax as a result of anxiety or boredom.

Calmness is the state or quality of being free from agitation or strong emotion.

↠ Restlessness is a good indicator of built-up emotions that we can learn to release using calming techniques that work for us.

STEP 3 of 3: APPLY TO LIFE DECISIONS

 

Pick one life decision you are needing to make.

Reflect on if you’re making this decision from a place of restlessness or calmness. Is your decision stemming from built-up emotions that you haven’t released yet? If so, after going through the “document your words” exercise #3 in the booklet above try using the techniques you’ve remembered work for you to come to a place of calm so you can make a sound decision.

Use this storyboard to help you play out your life decision. Feel free to do this a few times with different scenarios. Then determine which one you intuitively feel is a good direction for you to go in at this point in your life.
