STEP 1 of 3: LEARN THE ELEMENTS

 

Desire is a strong feeling of wanting to have something or wishing for something to happen.

Happiness is the state of feeling or showing pleasure or contentment.

↠ Fulfillment of desires brings temporary happiness and is soon replaced with another desire instead of leaving that space open within ourselves to feel content and receive lasting happiness.

Pick one life decision you are needing to make.

Think about this decision and see if you’re wanting to make it to fulfill a desire that’s been stored in your heart. Then determine if you're doing this for yourself or somebody else. If you’re doing it for yourself, then hopefully the outcome of your storyboard below brings a sense of happiness, which is what we’re striving towards.

Use this storyboard to help you play out your life decision. Feel free to do this a few times with different scenarios. Then determine which one you intuitively feel is a good direction for you to go in at this point in your life.
