Attachment is affection, fondness, or sympathy for someone or something.

Freedom is the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint.

↠ There is this constant pull between being attached and knowing when to let go to gain freedom to move forward in life.

STEP 3 of 3: APPLY TO LIFE DECISIONS

 

Pick one life decision you are needing to make.

See if the decision you’re making is because you’re holding on too tightly. Think if it’s time to let go of whatever is holding you back whether its materialistic items, people, places etc. all because you had harbored built-up emotions around those things. If so, go about releasing the emotion first and then, do what you feel guided to do to move forward.

Use this storyboard to help you play out your life decision. Feel free to do this a few times with different scenarios. Then determine which one you intuitively feel is a good direction for you to go in at this point in your life.
