After we cleaned it up.

After Pipes Broke / Pulled up floors

Damage to inside cabinet

Removed cabinet / Kept counter top

Took Off Upper Cabinet Doors

Sanded Upper Cabinets

The green was too heavy on top and bottom. Needed to break it up.

Changed backsplash

Aluminum Pressed Sheet as it would give with the structure of the farmhouse instead of tile, which would break when shifting occurs.

New flooring

Vinyl Wood. Honey colored

Sanded down upper cabinets

Installed new lower custom built cabinets. Kept the doors. Painted them later and changed out hardware.

Stained Upper Cabinets

Also, stained the lower base cabinets (not the doors). This was a challenging decision for me because we knew we needed to flip the house. Wasn’t sure if this unique design choice would push buyers away or if they’d love it. Turned out they loved it!
